Matcha Face Cream Recipe

Supercharge your skin with the superfood qualities of matcha powder! This cream can rejuvenate skin and help with inflammation, redness, and hydration.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon organic matcha powder
- 1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil
- 4 Tablespoons shea butter
- 1 Tablespoon carrier oil (see notes)
- 10-15 drops essential oils (see notes)
Instructions
- In a double broiler, melt the coconut oil and shea butter together until completely liquid.
- Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the matcha powder until fully dissolved.
- Add the carrier oil, mixing well.
- Let mixture cool down on counter (not in the fridge). Once it starts to solidify but is still soft, add essential oils.
- Then, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip it until fluffy.
- Add to a glass jar with lid until ready to use.
